The UK's most in-depth Mental Health Crisis Cleaning course — taught by Cherrelle, founder of an award-winning specialist cleaning company who has done this work every single day.
Start for under £100. No van needed. No experience required.
Why This Course Is Different
Taught By Someone Who Actually Does This Work
Most cleaning courses are written by people who have never cleaned a hoarded property, never sat with a client in mental health crisis, and never had to price a job that took three days and two skips.
This course is different. Every module comes from real experience running 2 of a Kind Cleaning Company — an award-winning specialist cleaning business in Yorkshire that handles mental health crisis cleans, hoarding clearances, trauma scenes, and biohazard jobs every week.
You'll learn exactly what works, what doesn't, what to charge, what to buy, and how to build a business that genuinely helps people — while making a very good living doing it.

Membership Exclusive
Real Images to Advertise Your Business
One of the biggest challenges when starting out is having no portfolio. You can't show before/after photos if you haven't done any jobs yet.
As a member, you get access to a library of real before/after images from 2 of a Kind's actual jobs — fully licensed for you to use in your own social media, website, and advertising. All images are anonymised and cleared for use.
This alone is worth the membership fee. Most new cleaners spend months doing free or heavily discounted jobs just to build a portfolio. You won't need to.

Hi, I'm Cherrelle
I started 2 of a Kind Cleaning Company because I saw a gap in the market — and a genuine need. People were living in crisis, and nobody was helping them in a way that actually respected their dignity.
I built the business from nothing, learned everything the hard way, and now run one of the most recognised specialist cleaning companies in the North of England. I've cleaned properties that would make most people walk out. I've sat with clients in tears. I've worked through the night to give someone their home back.
I created this course because I want more people to do this work — and I want them to do it properly. With compassion, with knowledge, and with a business that actually pays them what they deserve.
I'm not just your trainer. I'm your mentor. And I'm available to answer your questions, review your quotes, and help you grow.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience to take the course?
No experience is needed. The course starts from the very beginning — understanding mental health conditions, right through to running a profitable business. Many of our students have never cleaned professionally before.
Is this course CPD accredited?
The course is not CPD accredited at this time, but Cherrelle herself holds CPD accreditation for biohazard cleaning. The course content is based on real-world professional practice and provides a completion certificate.
How long does the course take to complete?
The course is self-paced with lifetime access. Most students complete it over 2–4 weeks, but you can take as long as you need. You can revisit any module at any time.
Can I really start for under £100?
Yes. Module 4 includes a complete starter kit list with exact products, where to buy them, and how much to spend. Many students have started their first job spending less than £90 on supplies.
Do I need a van?
No. For most mental health crisis cleans, you don't need a van. You can use a car, arrange skip hire separately, or partner with a clearance company. The course covers exactly how to handle waste disposal without your own vehicle.
Can I cancel the monthly membership?
Yes, absolutely. The membership is month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel anytime with no penalty.
What's the difference between the course and the membership?
The course is the complete foundation — everything you need to start. The membership is ongoing support and progressive content — new case studies, live Q&As, updated pricing guides, real images for your advertising, and direct access to Cherrelle every month.
